If your hospital is full and the battle is still going, you don’t have to burn diamonds or speedups to keep fighting — a full heal can cost nothing if your alliance is active.

How it works

  1. Batch your healing. Don’t heal everyone at once. Adjust the slider so you’re only healing enough wounded soldiers that the batch’s healing time lands between roughly 30 and 50 minutes — not a multi-hour queue.
  2. Ask for help. Start the healing process, then immediately hit “Ask for Help” for your alliance.
  3. Let handshakes do the work. Every “Help” tap from an alliance member cuts a percentage off the remaining healing time. For a 30-50 minute timer, it only takes a handful of handshakes to drop it to zero — your troops heal in seconds, for free.
  4. Repeat in batches until your whole army is healed, rather than trying to heal everyone in one giant batch that handshakes can’t meaningfully dent.

Why the batch size matters

Handshakes cut a percentage of remaining time, not a fixed amount. A multi-hour heal needs far more handshakes to zero out than a 30-50 minute one does — keeping each batch in that sweet spot is what makes a handful of “Help” taps enough to finish it instantly.

When this matters most

This is especially valuable on Saturday (Raid Day / War Day), when large PvP battles for resources can fill your hospital repeatedly. The main requirement is having enough alliance members online to actually tap “Help” — ask in alliance chat if you need more handshakes to close out a batch.
