Carter confirmed: UR Warrior Backline, from a real screenshot

Carter went from a no-image, no-stats NEEDS_VERIFICATION stub to a full hero page:

• Portrait, rarity, faction, position, and stats are now read directly from an in-game hero-detail screenshot: UR, Warrior, Backline, Support role, Level 119 / 1★ / 1.32M power.
• Combat kit (Heavy Revolver, Radiation damage, star breakpoints, strengths/weaknesses) comes from a separately-provided compiled hero reference, matching the same sourcing pattern already used for Monroe, Bekka, and Arnold.
• The earlier Sheriff passive / squad-wide cooldown claim from a veteran player is kept rather than dropped — the new reference doesn’t mention it, but doesn’t contradict it either, so it’s flagged as still-unconfirmed instead of silently resolved either way.

Now that Carter is confirmed Backline rather than the Frontline slot a Giant Invader squad example implied, that guide’s Warrior squad table was corrected too — and flags that the Warrior squad now needs a second confirmed Frontline tank besides Lucian.
